How to Connect Your Salto Smart Lock

With the Jervis Systems-Salto integration, you can import your Salto KS Supported Locks and set up automated access for guests, cleaning companies, and maintenance personnel.

In just a few steps you can complete the setup process for your locks!

  1. First, make sure you are connected to your property management system or channel manager of choice by navigating to the Marketplace page. Each PMS platform will have its unique requirements to connect. To view the instructions for your specific PMS, check out the user guides on our blog.

  1. Once your PMS is connected, you will want to make sure all of your properties are enabled. To verify this status, navigate to the Jervis Systems Properties page. For any properties with existing alerts, select the three dots to the right of each listing to view and edit the necessary property details. In order for your smart locks and PIN codes to function, your time zone settings must be accurately set for every property.

You can immediately import your STR reservations by navigating to the Reservations tab in your Jervis Systems account. From here select the “Refresh” button. Once your reservations are imported or refreshed, you should see your randomly generated 6-digit code under the SET PIN field.
