How to Connect TTLock to Jervis (+ Full List of Supported Brands)
Jervis Systems’ integration with TTLock allows you to import a wide range of devices to provide automated keyless access to your STR guests. With Jervis, you can manage TTLock device access and permissions from anywhere, including in the Jervis iOS and Android app.
Below we detail the process of importing your TTLock smart locks to Jervis Systems and have included a full list of supported brands.
Here’s how to import your TTLock devices into your Jervis Systems account:
First, make sure you are connected to your property management system or channel manager of choice by navigating to the Marketplace page. Each PMS platform will have its unique requirements to connect. To view the instructions for your specific PMS, check out the user guides on our blog.
Once your PMS is connected, go to the Properties page within your Jervis Systems account and click “Refresh Properties”. When the page has been reloaded, you will see all of your imported properties. Select the three dots to the right of each listing to view and edit your property details.
From here, you have the option to edit your properties to add an offset capability that allows Jervis Systems to configure automated keyless access for early check-in and late check-out. If you have the same offset capabilities across all properties, you can use the bulk offset tool to apply these settings across your entire portfolio.
Now, it’s time to connect your TTLock account. Navigate to the Devices page and select the “Import Devices” button. From there, select “TTLock” from the drop-down list.
5. You will be prompted to Input your TTLock credentials to connect.
Once you have connected your accounts, select the Refresh button on your devices page to show your imported devices. From there, you are free to edit the lock details and name by selecting the pencil icon. Then, select the drop-down list under “Assigned Properties” to assign the device to a property. Be sure the device is assigned to the correct property. After assigning your device, the status will show as enabled.
Now, it’s time to import reservations. Head over to the reservations page and select the “Refresh” button. Once your reservations are imported, you should see your PIN code under the SET PIN field.
Success! Your TTLock smart devices are connected and access is now set up for your guests!
